Viewing and downloading invoices

2 min read·1 views·100% found this helpful

Every charge on your G8KEPR subscription generates an invoice, and each one is saved to your account so you can view it, check its status, or download a copy whenever you need it. This article explains the invoice history table and how to get a PDF of any past invoice.

Where to find your invoices

Your invoices live on the billing overview page.

  1. 1.Sign in to your G8KEPR dashboard.
  2. 2.Open [Billing](/dashboard/billing) from the account menu.
  3. 3.Scroll to the Invoice history section.

Alongside the invoice table, this page also shows your current plan, billing period, renewal date, usage meters, and your monthly cost — useful context if you're reconciling a charge.

Reading the invoice history table

Each row in the invoice history table represents a single invoice, with these columns:

  • Date — the date the invoice was issued.
  • Amount — the total billed for that period.
  • Status — where the invoice stands (for example, paid, open, or failed).
  • Download — a link to save the invoice as a file.

Recent invoices appear at the top, so you can scan the list to find a specific month or amount. If you have a long billing history, scroll through the table to reach older invoices.

A failed status usually means a payment method needs attention. See Payment methods to update your card.

Downloading a past invoice

  1. 1.Find the invoice you want in the Invoice history table.
  2. 2.Select the download link in that row.
  3. 3.Your invoice is saved to your device, ready to keep for your records or forward to your finance or accounts-payable team.

Each downloaded invoice includes the billing period, line items, amount, and your organization's billing details.

For expense reports and accounting, download the invoice directly rather than using a screenshot — the file carries the full billing details your finance team needs.
