Managing payment methods
Your payment methods are the cards G8KEPR charges for your subscription and any usage overages. From the Payment Methods page you can add a new card, choose which card is charged by default, and remove cards you no longer use.
Where to find your cards
- 1.Open your dashboard and go to Account → Billing.
- 2.Select Payment Methods.
Each card on file appears as its own tile showing the card brand, the last 4 digits, and the expiry date. Your current default card is clearly marked, and each card shows its expiry date so you can replace one before it lapses and a payment fails.
Add a card
- 1.On the Payment Methods page, click Add card.
- 2.Enter the card number, expiry date, and security code.
- 3.Save. The new card appears in your card grid immediately.
G8KEPR accepts major credit and debit cards through our payment processor.
Set a default card
The default card is the one charged for your next renewal and for usage-based overages.
- 1.Find the card you want to use.
- 2.Click Set as default.
The default indicator moves to that card right away. You only ever have one default at a time.
Adding a replacement card before your current one expires keeps billing uninterrupted. Set the new card as default first, then remove the old one.
Remove a card
- 1.Locate the card you want to delete.
- 2.Click Remove and confirm when prompted.
The card is deleted from your account and can no longer be charged.
You cannot remove your default card while it is the only card on file, since your subscription needs a valid payment method. Add another card and set it as default first, then remove the old one.
